Accurately noting all patient information according to confidentiality standards and HIPPA requirements.  Routes calls to the appropriate departments as needed.

The successful candidate will employ critical thinking and decision making, be comfortable with technology, have flexibility, and love working with patients and a collaborative interdisciplinary team. This candidate will also be responsible for care coordination needs and supporting WellBe clinicians with operational and clinical tasks.

They deliver primary, urgent and acute medical care to a wide variety of patients. The Nurse Practitioner will be accountable for caring for patients, maintaining accurate and current patient records, and scheduling initial, urgent, and follow-up appointments to patients as required. The successful candidate will work as a team with our physicians, social workers, paramedics, and care team coordinators to assist in delivering concierge care to every patient.
