The CareConnect Coordinator is a critical operational role within the WellBe urgent care program, functioning as the primary "air traffic controller" for field logistics. Serving as the central hub for dispatch communications, this position is responsible for triaging incoming requests and strategically scheduling in-home visits for CareConnect RNs across a multi-state region. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional logistical reasoning, geographic proficiency, and the technical aptitude to seamlessly navigate multiple scheduling systems, ensuring optimal deployment of clinical resources. This 100% remote position demands high-level situational awareness, decisive problem-solving abilities, and unparalleled communication skills to effectively manage simultaneous, time-sensitive dispatch requests in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Compensation: $17-$30 per hour
Working Schedule- Saturday- Sunday 8am-5pm EST
