Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Marketing Director to enhance department operations, execution, and outcomes. You'll lead our high-performing marketing team to drive patient engagement, empower field teams with essential resources, and collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient and team member experiences. This role involves leveraging CRM and marketing automation for patient journeys and identifying critical marketing needs cross-functionally.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing innovative, multi-channel marketing strategies, especially within healthcare. A deep understanding of patient experience, regulations, and using data-driven insights for measurable results is essential. You'll be responsible for improving departmental efficiency, optimizing patient engagement, and fostering strong organizational connections.

Job Description

  • Oversee the execution of the annual marketing strategic plan to achieve department objectives and key results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that drive patient engagement and conversion.
  • Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals to drive exceptional results.
  • Increase team productivity and speed-to-execution by leveraging project management best practices, and serve as the entry point for utilizing marketing resources.
  • Oversee performance marketing areas, including website, content, email, direct mail, lead management, advertising, and SMS.
  • Oversee the creation and distribution of all marketing materials. Including review, editing, and approval of marketing materials.
  • Leverage CRM and marketing automation to create rich patient journeys delivering personalized content to segmented audiences, leading to improved outcomes and a better patient experience.
  • Strengthen collaboration with health plan partners to create awareness of access to home-based medical care.
  • Lead new market launches and support relationships with health plan marketing contacts.
  • Develop new service line strategic marketing plans from creation, to launch, and ongoing support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging.
  • Measure and optimize marketing performance to deliver measurable results. Including managing budgets and resources effectively to maximize ROI and drive down customer acquisition costs.
  • Oversee metrics, reporting, and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Including preparing quarterly reports.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work guides to streamline marketing department operations.
  • Run effective team meetings to foster collaboration and communication, including weekly workstream meetings, alongside monthly and quarterly team meetings.
  • Ability to take complex ideas and strategies and translate them into simplified strategic tactical approaches.
  • Conduct and analyze patient research.
  • Manage marketing operations, ensuring organizational awareness of marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations and guidelines.

Job Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Marketing or communications degree required.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 10+ years of marketing experience required.
  • Healthcare experience required
  • 3+ years as healthcare marketing leader, preferred
  • Experience with annual strategic planning, including campaign planning and execution
  • Expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and brand management to drive ROAS and CAC
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making
  • Experience with marketing automation tools. Experience with Salesforce is desirable as WellBe expands its Salesforce ecosystem (current stack includes Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud)
  • Passion for healthcare and improving patient outcomes
  • Experience in home-based medical healthcare or full-risk medical providers
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results
  • Leading project management and systems
  • Deep understanding of the creative process and brand strategy
  • Experience managing budgets and the annual budget process
  • Ability to analyze data and draw insights
  •

Work Environment
Role includes supervisory responsibilities
Travel may be required up to 10% locally or nationally

Pay Range:

$145,000-$175,000
