Job Description

As a Senior Clinical Recruiter at WellBe, you will drive full-cycle recruitment efforts for clinical roles, with a strong focus on meeting performance metrics, sourcing top-tier talent, and developing creative strategies to attract candidates in competitive and challenging markets.

 

You will play a critical role in applicant attraction, candidate screening, and hiring across a range of clinical functions. As a talent acquisition subject matter expert, you’ll deliver client-focused recruiting services while supporting WellBe’s broader hiring goals and workforce planning efforts.

 

In this role, you will apply recruitment best practices in partnership with hiring teams, bringing a consultative and strategic approach to each search. You’ll contribute to an exceptional candidate experience and collaborate across disciplines to ensure efficient, high-quality hiring outcomes.

 

You will also communicate regularly with hiring managers on recruitment progress, share insights into market trends and pipeline health, and support ongoing talent acquisition enhancements. Your work will help ensure consistency, compliance with WellBe’s employment policies, and alignment with Human Resources initiatives.

 

This role is essential to building a strong, mission-aligned clinical workforce that supports WellBe’s model of delivering compassionate, comprehensive care.

 

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

 

  • Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including creating and managing job postings, sourcing talent, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, managing the interview process and candidate communication, structuring, and extending offers, and negotiating terms of employment.
  • Function as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing guidance on the talent acquisition process including market intelligence, job descriptions, interview techniques, and candidate evaluation.
  • Identify and implement creative, impactful sourcing strategies to identify top talent, leveraging current networks and identifying alternate sourcing channels.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive employer brand by promoting the company culture and employee value proposition.
  • Implement strategies to improve recruitment outcomes including, but not limited to branding, postings, workflow processes, sourcing, and hands on recruiting.
  • Assure compliance with all state and federal employment regulations, including all employment related WellBe policies and procedures are administered.
  • Provide input into the design, implementation and coordination of cost-effective recruitment programs to support WellBe’s initiatives and meet service level objectives.
  • Ability to maintain recruitment metrics consistent with Senior Recruiter role
  • Other tasks needed to accomplish the WellBe’s hiring objectives/goals.

Job Requirements

Educational/ Experience Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline, or equivalent combination of work, education, and experience to be proficient as a Clinical Senior Recruiter

 

 Required Skills and Abilities:

  • 5 years’ minimum experience as a recruiter in an agency or corporate recruiting structure
  • Clinical and non-clinical recruitment healthcare experience required, preferably nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and clinical support staff
  • Healthcare recruitment knowledge, and/or healthcare terminology required
  • Knowledge of EEO/OFCCP requirements and applicable employment laws
  • Proficient in computer-based programs such as MS Office, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMS)), online resume mining/sourcing, internet job boards and interactive media tools.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Demonstrated success in change management and process adaptation
  • Analytical and organization skills

                       

Compensation: $80,000 - 100,000

 

Supervisory Responsibility: No supervisory responsibilities.

 

Travel requirements:  Travel may be required up to 10% locally or nationally.

 

Work Conditions: Ability to lift up to 20lbs.
