Wellbe is looking for a Data Integration Engineer to join the Data and Clinical Solutions team. You will have strong ownership and accountability over creating new data transfer channels and managing and maintaining the successful daily operations of receiving and delivering files supporting new and existing customers and partners. As a Data Integration Engineer you will be a member of our highly technical production support team, who develops, pro-actively monitors, performs wellness checks and observes the status of File Transfer in the Production and Development environments. You will be focused on the daily goal of meeting established business Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and/or Service Level Objectives (SLOs) for WellBe’s internal/external customers, through the utilization of the monitoring and triage tools provided, with emphasis on problem resolution, root cause investigation, providing level one and two problem detection, determination and resolution function, vendor engagement, maintenance of event/outage logs and assistance with hardware and software patch/product updates. In the role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust healthcare data warehouse that serves as the foundation for actuarial services, data analytics, reporting, and insights. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping our data architecture and ensuring that it supports our healthcare data needs effectively. The role is responsible for identifying WellBe’s internal and external data sources, collaborating with department heads to determine their data storage and organizational needs and using the information to create and maintain data infrastructure for company employees. The Engagement Specialist joins the WellBe team’s efforts in acquiring new patients and helping our patients to lead a more meaningful life. We need you to be an expert at communication and building relationships in order to engage patients and schedule in-home visits from WellBe. A normal ‘day in the life’ consists of conducting outbound calls to prospective patients to schedule in-home comprehensive wellness visits and health risk assessments. The Engagement Specialist connects with potential new patients, provides answers to their questions, and supports our in-home care team to engage patients in their health. The Engagement Specialist is truly the first point of contact for a patient and will be responsible for introducing the patient to WellBe and all the great benefits they qualify for. About the Position:Our Community Medical Directors oversee the clinical” Community Team” dedicated to a patient community population. Community Medical Director will be expected to manage, mentor, and guide the clinical “Community Team” as well as deliver primary, urgent, and acute medical care to an assigned population of patients. A successful candidate will collaborate with various clinicians along with administrative/operational team(s) to deliver exceptional clinical, operational outcomes to WellBe patients and their families. The Community Medical Director will be a WellBe Ambassador responsible for working with community physicians, hospitals, and other medical facilities including SNF's. In this role, you will be responsible for developing actuarial financial reports, eligibility and claims analyses, utilizing IBNR assumptions, utilization reporting, revenue analysis and forecasting, coding for data processing, and any other ad-hoc analyses. They will in partnership with Finance, Reporting, and IT/Data Management leadership. We are looking for an Actuarial Manager to join our team and support our actuarial functions related to new health plan contracts. In this role, you will work closely with our Chief Growth Officer, CFO, and Head of Actuarial Services to manage all actuarial work needed for potential new Medicare plan partners. We have a robust growth pipeline that requires a skilled individual to oversee all actuarial tasks needed to evaluate potential partnerships. This position would be the first actuarial resource solely dedicated to new business development. The work includes, for example, reviewing data quality, meeting with Medicare plans, developing opportunity analyses aligned with the goals of potential plan partners, and streamlining the process for future plan evaluations to shorten our sales cycle. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills including analytical skills, experience in healthcare actuarial analysis, ability to own a project, timely turnaround of work, and excellent communication skills.

The Clinical Director, Clinical Field Operations role helps to support ongoing leadership and operational management of assigned geographies. S/he is responsible for following the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies and other certified agencies for their region. This position is responsible for providing operational and patient care leadership while supporting the company’s overall business strategy and supports the daily implementation for all clinical operations and quality patient care related functions and performance of the assigned geography. This population is typically underserved and very challenged with access to care. To address these problems, we have elected to bring the care to the patient, instead of trying to bring the patient to the care. Care is provided throughout the entire continuum of care – from chronic care and urgent care in the home, to hospital, to skilled nursing facility, to assisted living, to palliative care, to end of life care. WellBe's physician/advanced practicing clinician led geriatric care teams’ partner with the patient’s primary care physician to provide concierge level geriatric medical care and social support in the home as well as delivering and coordinating across the entire care continuum.
GENERAL SUMMARY
The LPN Visit Facilitator is responsible for modeling the WellBe values and mission and will play a vital role in delivering white glove, high-quality services to patients who need your help in the comfort of their own home. This position requires a combination of conducting in-person patient visits, supporting administrative tasks, and facilitating telehealth patient consults with Nurse Practitioners or Physicians as required.The LPN Visit Facilitator role will be the local market expert and will act as a connector for patient support services across the WellBe platform. This role will be responsible for working closely with our Telehealth provider team and social worker team to provide deliver the highest quality of care to our patients. The role has no direct reporting responsibility but will function as part of an integrated, interdisciplinary patient care team. LPN staff in these roles will help foster positive and effective working relations with senior leadership and management, local market management and business ancillary departments for the purpose of achieving the company’s vision, mission and objectives. S/he is responsible for following the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies and other certified agencies for their region. Daily, local travel to meet patients and the community will be an essential part of your role.
